Our services
We supply and distribute cricket equipment and custom kit, and provide consultancy for academies, grounds, events and institutional procurement. Information on this site is for general guidance and does not constitute an offer to sell.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are indicative, valid for the period stated, and subject to availability and change. An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or supply conditions change materially.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams unless stated otherwise and may exclude delivery, duties and applicable taxes. Payment terms are set out in your quotation or agreement.
Delivery and logistics
Lead times are indicative and confirmed with your order. Risk in the goods passes on delivery, and title passes on receipt of full payment. See our Logistics & Delivery page for how delivery works.
Returns, warranties and guarantees
Manufacturer warranties are passed through to you where they apply. Custom or made-to-order items, including personalised kit, cannot be returned unless faulty. Please report any shortage or damage promptly on receipt.
Brands and trademarks
Brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Availability of any brand varies by market and agreement, and any reference to a brand does not imply endorsement or an ongoing supply commitment.
Consultancy and project work
Academy setup, ground development and similar projects are governed by a separate scope and agreement. Timelines, responsibilities and deliverables are defined per project.
Intellectual property
Content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and the Eventime Sports name and marks, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Force majeure
