Eventime Sports - F.Z.C, trade licence 43954, is a cricket sourcing, distribution and consultancy company based at Office C1, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at info@eventimesports.ae.
Our services
We source, supply and distribute cricket equipment and custom kit, and provide consultancy for grounds, facilities, events and institutional procurement. Photographs and information on this site are illustrative and do not constitute an offer to sell.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are indicative, valid for the period stated, and subject to availability and change. Our written acceptance confirms an order and sets its terms. You may cancel before production or dispatch begins, after which committed costs are payable.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in UAE Dirhams and exclude VAT, delivery, duties and clearance unless quoted otherwise. Payment and delivery terms, and any deposit, are set out in your quotation.
Delivery and logistics
Lead times are indicative and confirmed with your order. Risk in the goods passes on delivery, and title passes on receipt of full payment. See our Logistics & Delivery page for how delivery works.
Returns, warranties and guarantees
Manufacturer warranties are passed through to you, and we help you claim. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty. Report any shortage or damage to us in writing within the period stated in your quotation.
Brands and trademarks
Brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Availability varies by market and agreement, and except for our official GOC Pakistan appointment, naming a brand implies no endorsement or supply commitment.
Consultancy and project work
Ground setup, facility development and installation projects are governed by a separate scope and agreement. Timelines, responsibilities and deliverables are defined per project.
Intellectual property
Content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and the Eventime Sports name and marks, is ours or licensed to us. Where kit carries your crest, you confirm you may use it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for an order is capped at the price of that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply disruption, transport delays, sanctions and acts of authority.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute unless your contract with us says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to your use of the site and our services. If one clause fails, the rest stand.
